Loading & Unloading
If you've rented a U-Haul, a moving container or a PODS, you can still hire professionals for the heavy lifting. Our movers load your truck or container, pack it tight so nothing shifts on the road, and unload it at the other end.
We come in one of our trucks with all our equipment — dollies, blankets, wrap, straps and tools — and we take apart and re-assemble furniture when needed. That's why the price is the same as a regular move, and the date depends on our truck schedule.

Do you bring a truck for loading and unloading?
We come in one of our trucks because it carries all our equipment, but your belongings go in the truck or container you rented. That's why the price is the same as a regular move and the date depends on our truck schedule. Need us to move everything for you? Book a regular move.
How much does loading and unloading cost?
The same as our moves: $120/hour (16 ft truck), $130/hour (20 ft) or $140/hour (28 ft), with 2 movers and a 2-hour minimum. In Calgary all our trucks are 20 ft ($130/hour). Extra movers are +$30/hour. GST applies to the final bill.
How do I book loading help?

How is the time charged?
By the hour, with a 2-hour minimum. After 2 hours we charge in 30-minute increments — a 2 h 10 min move is charged as 2 h 30 min. The clock starts when we arrive at your door.
